One story may serve several purposes. Take a story in your cache and change the camera.

Original intent:

Leadership lens — influence, authority, trust, responsibility?

Communication lens — intention, interpretation, timing, channel?

Decision lens — what information did the protagonist have? What did they miss?

Change lens — what made change desirable, possible, or difficult?

Culture lens — what unwritten rule or norm influenced behavior?

You do not need five versions. The exercise helps you recognize the range of a rich story.
